To use the Platform's Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred account currency (Indonesian Rupiah / IDR).
You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity. If we detect that you have opened or are attempting to operate more than one Account, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts immediately, void all bets, and forfeit all balances and winnings associated with those Accounts.
Accounts are personal to the registered User and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
Upon registration, you will create a username and password to access your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify kmtoto customer support if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.
kmtoto will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features we may offer, such as two-factor authentication.
To prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, kmtoto implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP / national ID card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details).
Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension, bet voiding, and withdrawal processing delays or refusal. All documents submitted are processed securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
kmtoto accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. We also support e-wallet payments through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 20,000 (e-wallets) to Rp 50,000 (bank transfers). Maximum deposit limits are specified during the deposit process and may vary based on your VIP tier and payment method. Most deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly or within 15 minutes.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. If withdrawal to the original payment method is not feasible, alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion.
Standard withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB). Outside these hours, processing may take up to 24 hours. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require identity verification and additional security checks, which may extend processing time.

kmtoto strictly adheres to international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You agree that you will not use the Platform for any unlawful purposes, including money laundering or terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on Accounts displaying unusual deposit/withdrawal patterns or other suspicious activity.
As a general rule, deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. This policy prevents the Platform from being used as a money transfer service. Failure to meet minimum turnover requirements may result in withdrawal delays or requests to wager additional funds before processing.
All bets placed on the Platform are final and binding once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before placing them. kmtoto is not responsible for user errors, including but not limited to selecting the wrong event, outcome, or stake amount. Bets cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once accepted by the Platform, except in cases of obvious technical errors acknowledged by kmtoto.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets from any User at our sole discretion, particularly where we suspect fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities. Maximum stake limits and maximum win limits are applied to all bets and may vary by sport, game type, and market.
Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of sports and competitions, including football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup), badminton (All England Championships, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire).
Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the time a bet is placed and confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules available on our website or voided and stakes refunded where no result can be determined.
For football betting, common market types include 1X2 (match result), Asian Handicap, Over/Under goals, Both Teams to Score (BTTS), Correct Score, First/Last Goalscorer, and Mix Parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections). Bonus funds are typically separate from your real money balance and must meet stated wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. We are not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, server failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. In the event of obvious technical errors affecting bet settlement, we reserve the right to void affected bets and adjust Account balances accordingly.
The Platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, kmtoto disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall kmtoto be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the property of kmtoto or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The "kmtoto" name and logo are trademarks owned by us.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, Services, or any bet settlement, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, WhatsApp, or email at [email protected]. Please provide your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, relevant transaction IDs or bet IDs, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, etc.).
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and investigate thoroughly. Most complaints are resolved within 5-7 business days. If we cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may escalate the complaint to our senior management team for review.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Platform, or the Services that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint procedure shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw all available funds. Any outstanding bets will be settled according to their outcome, and the proceeds will be available for withdrawal. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened, and you must register a new Account if you wish to use the Platform again in the future.
If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, we offer self-exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months, or permanent self-exclusion. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, or if required by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, any pending bets will be voided, bonuses forfeited, and we may retain funds where fraud or breach of terms is suspected, subject to applicable law and our investigation outcome.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which kmtoto is licensed to operate. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services, except where arbitration is mandated under Section 11.
Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
